I disagree with that - because I do not get the same thing.

I'm not saying that there isn't a problem, but whatever problem(s) there are do not seem to be directly related to the adword's.

In Firefox this page loads for me in about 6 seconds (4 if the adwords aren't used), and in IE8 it loads in about 10 (or 6) part of which I cannot scroll etc. Your test took me just 15 seconds in IE8.

I have tried many refreshes of this page in IE8, and there have been a few times where it has been noticeably slower - but it seems to be nothing to do with adwords or ad's at all, because IE claims that it is loading the picture for the "find" button at the bottom of the page ( /icom_includes/footers/but_find.gif ).
