The original hack that me and VIsual made used a button next to the new post, and new thread button. It was Brads decission to use the thread tools in stead. In some way it suits better there, but it is not so obvious. But since adding hacks to live pages, it is not something that will be done. We should just be glad we have it at all. It took a lot of persuading to get it done in the first place.
