The error occurs in the 4th line:
Dim oApp As Word.Application
Dim oDoc As Word.Document
Set oApp = New Word.Application
Set oDoc = oApp.Documents.Open(FileName)

(Sorry, maybe because I'm a self taught programmer, I don't know what is early & late binding...?)
