I have an idea for the graduation project which is the creation of an Android application that enables virtual roaming at the university.

Where all the buildings and cars are shown and when approaching the office of a particular teacher show his personal information.
It is an excellent idea and new but do not know how to do it? Can you guide me in the right direction? What programs will I use?
