Well, I have been off for a long time, seeing that I had lung infection and then went to hospitial. Well that tore it just right, about then. I didn't know what to do. Then finally today the released me, from hospital and then I was feeling like trying to ring the neck of the taxi driver, that was driving me home!!
Welcome back to the land of the living. I hope the hospital thoroughly debugged you before releasing!
By the way, do you feel up to editing the thread title? If you changed the MSDN in the title to IDE and added the word Languages at the end, new readers would fail to understand why you attracted so much jesting.

Lung infections can kind of suck. Tends to run you down a bit if you aren't getting the full amount of oxygen.
You are soooooo not like the Yotamarker! That's perhaps the most coherent post from you, which should be enough to absolve you from any suspicions of being or impersonating (is that the right word?) yotamarker.
Welcome to the human world, and take care of yourself.
.
Maybe it's pretending to be sick to appar human and fool us. Like those robots in Screamers (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0114367/). That girl that turns out to be a robot at the end (if you haven't seen the movie by now I don't care that I've spoilt it) can bleed and perform other marriage related tasks. And we all know that the latter part is something Moti was planning from the beginning. What with all the making life like human dolls.
I don't know. It all sounds a bit SkyNet to me.
Yeah but YotaMaker can't print her own T shirts. She'll always need Moti for that.
Wait a min...this infamous YotaMaker is a woman ? wow
Yup. Anatomically correct, too.
Say what you want, but I actually like Moti. He grew on me over time. A funny guy he is.
I found him very puzzling. While some of the writing was pure crazy, what he was doing with code wasn't trivial. I couldn't understand it, but it clearly took more than a novice amount of effort. I'm not surprised that he wandered away, considering his comments could be abrasive, and replies could be caustic. Still, I'm sorry he left. Variety is the spice of life, and it may be taken as a nutmeg of consolation that he clove to his idea with much pepper in hopes of making a mint over thyme. He may not have been the salt of the Earth, and his ideas might have been half baked, but you can't say he wasn't seasoned.
Does he even still visit the Forum??? I would like to chat to him, sometime, if that was alright with him...
He wasn't seasoned, I definitely sensed a rawness in him.
.
Me Too. He had a peculiarly lovable brand of insanity.Quote:

Everything you need to know about him can be summed up by his first two sentences in the Artificial Intelligence thread:-
"i have created true artificial intelligence search yotamarker in youtube for video proof"
"its main purpose is to be a girlfriend or fight real battles"
LOL
:)+<
That is so very funny, in deed. However had he/she been able to do that, really though???
Didn't it use Sandpaper(tm) too?

I'm still working out the bugs and also making it work faster, in deed. But these problems, mean that they are just teething problems and then they can or more over they will be gone in the full version of the product...
I am going to sincerely say this, unless there is a lack of computers above Windows XP or a lack of ways to get a hold of ANY IDE AT ALL( in the area that you live), then you should probably not invest any important time into what you are doing if you plan on selling this for a profit. If you truly do want to give this away for free and it is just a learning experience, I am sincerely suggesting you do it in VB.Net and you will probably have better results and you could actually make some money off it it, by advertising from the website you give away the FREE download.
Well, really it's not a learning experience as such and then it is just a way to get better programming tools out there in the world at large...
In the world at large. Yes, I get it.
You should have. I'm not talking anything else here but English...
Don't worry, your Engrish is perfectly fine.
!! Thanks for the Input$ ,, @Chris001 !!
Also: I am working on the Beta Test of the PictureBox Activex Control Object, that will be able to feature the following items: Camera, Lighting and also basic to advanced forms of Physics. Also it features some of the special types of Camera processes. This means that it will then be able to Zoom for a close up, which is now being tested as to where I am right about now...
You mean the IDE can then zoom into the errors we have made in the code? Can I also get it to take a snapshot of the developer while he is coding a bug?
That's a cool idea, by the way. The IDE can snoop onto the programmers while they work! No wonder Microsoft never thought of it, they are so busy making money. I can't wait to get my hands on this.
Is your camera a 14mp one?
.
Yotamarker was based on video, also. The similarities are truly disturbing.
I really mean that I can get the PictureBox to Zoom onto sections of the Bitmap that exists inside the PictureBox and also the Camera is where the section of the main view window exists, inside of the PictureBox. I am also working on having this to be added to Form based sections of the IDE, as well...
Oh, so you mean your camera instead of looking out from the picturebox towards the user looks inside the picturebox? Hmm.. a bit disappointed, but hey! That would be cool too! I can already think of where I can apply your software: I have some low-res images captured by older phone cams. I can load each of these images in your picturebox and have your camera zoom in and give me exactly what is there in the picture.
Ain't that cool? :)
.
So then it seems like someone has been able to download the Control's Source Code and yes!! They have been able to reply the fact that they have, that was what I was looking for in the first place!!
Thanks: @HoneyBee!!
Err... I was talking about the possibilities where your code might be useful. Since English is not my first language (neither is yours, is it?), I think such miscommunication would exist.
.
I can get Microsoft Visual Studio Express for free, and I'm fairly sure I can program in almost any realistic language with it. What languages does your IDE support? and you are going to giving this software out for free? Can you add in the camera that takes pictures when the programmer gets an error thrown, if so, I would install it on some of my minions computers, to see the look on their face when they get errors thrown left and right
I need it to bankrupt companies that have upset me by offering the same service for free.
Can everyone please help in being constructive and then not helping the trolls to be deconstructive, in deed. Because it's not helping, and then that is taking up alot of my time, even on the emails, as well!!
You are really hurting my sentiments. I meant every word of that post. I really want to spy on my programmers to really know what they are doing.
Wait, are you saying your software cannot do that?? What the ...
.
We have. We really, really have. The problem is that when we try to be constructive you simply ignore us because you don't like what we say. Downloading your products and telling you they're wonderful would not be constructive, but that's clearly what you want us to do.Quote:
Can everyone please help in being constructive
OK, I'll try one more time to be constructive:-
1. You have the germ of a good idea here. Possibly it's a solution without a problem but, none the less, a small footprint and a simplification of the coding process are laudable goals.
2. Creating a single, all encompassing language is probably not a good idea but that's debatable. You wouldn't give the same toolbox to a plumber as you would give to a carpenter. The same is true of languages. Different languages are good for solving different types of problem. That said there's an awful lot of commonality and if you can somehow unify that commonality that would be a good thing.
3. The world doesn't need another browser unless it's going to offer some extra useful functionality that the current crop of browsers don't already offer.
4. Writing this in VB6 is as mad as a bag of badgers.
5. Making this produce VB6 code is as mad as a bag of badgers that's recently been shaken.
6. You coding is horrible. Spend some time learning about best proactices and how to design applications. It will benefit you. None of us are perfect in this regard but most of us have a desire to get better.
7. Don't alternate the capitalisation in your username. It just makes it difficult to type and gives the impression that you're a 14 year old HaXxOr.
OK, the last one's just my opinion and probably doesn't count as being constructive. But 1 to 6 are good advice and have been repeated several times in this thread by several different members. You have simply disregarded all of them and/or told us that we're wrong. To ask for our opinions and then dismiss them out of hand shows a lack of respect which will be returned to you in kind.
This forum is an excellent place to come to for good advice and assistance. It's a terrible place to come to for blind adulation.
Well said....you're much better than me....no one can convince me this isn't a troll thread, even I can't convince myself otherwise.
I thought you didnt know what trolling was? Did the trolls out-troll you in your troll thread?

I found this thread when searching for information on how to do something. Thirty+ minutes later, I still have no clue how to do what I was searching for, nor am I sure I remember how to do it. With any luck, once I remember what I was trying to do, Visual Suite will be capable of handling the task for me.
On the other hand, if this Yotamarker can actually serve as a girlfriend then I'll be able to quit my programming job and go back to my true love: flipping burgers.
This isn't Yotamarker. You need to find the AI thread for that. If you do, be sure to download the Battle Programming book. It's quite the read.
Is: Battle Programming book, is that an eBook that you can download to an eReader. If so then my Sister is wanting to do so, with that???
Well thanks for the Input, however it's still a work in progress. But then there are so many people that can work on this Project of mine. Then that would only mean that the progression is very slow, in deed and then seeing that we have really bad weather today. Then that meant that I am now, the only one in the office working, at night, even...
PS: You can then be able to use the ActiveX Control Objects, that come with Visual Suite but then they are only in the Build version and then you are then required to: Private Message, me with your Email Address, so then I can then send you the link as to where they can then be downloaded from...
Well, you completely disregarded 2 posts full of extremely good advice for you yet again. But you still take sarcastic comments as serious compliments. Its almost like you don't understand the difference between real help and.... oh forget it.
On the other hand, if this program you're making can't make a good cup of coffee, you might as well stop, go back, and re-work a cup of coffee in there somewhere.

Ok...I give up ......what in God's name is this thread about ? After some 11 pages, I still can't figure it out .
Yes, like what the last post had said, about this Thread. But then I am still working on the Java/Shockwave side to things. Like I have said before this is a work in progress and then I am the only one working on: QuickBrowser and then the other teams are working on their own projects, that are client related, in deed. Also in their spare time, they come over and then be able to help me with my projects...
