Thanks Justin for your reply, the thing is that i got the modem as a part of a package(BT Broadband Home 500 Plug & GO) and they only offere this USB modem. I have tried calling the technical support but those guys dont know anything, anyone in this forum knows more then them . They are just passing me from one person to another .

Just getting fed up, thinking of just buying one for myself. I am supposed to get my line activated on monday but i have no modem !!

I guess people in UK will know what i am talking about, BT is just going down the drain.


Anyway enough moaning, do you think its a driver problem or the modem got damaged while arriving by post. What Does Code 10 mean? And my modem is not connected to my HUB.
