I’m looking to get a professional website built for a project I'm working on, but I'm not sure where to find reliable and experienced web developers. I’ve checked a few freelance platforms, but it’s been hard to judge the quality and trustworthiness just based on reviews.

Ideally, I’d like to find someone (or a small team) who has strong front-end and back-end experience, and can communicate well throughout the project.
Can anyone recommend good platforms, communities, or even share how they found developers that delivered solid work?
