It always amazes me that white liberals can't see how patronizing, dehumanizing, and insulting modern DEI ideologues really are. It makes me sick to my stomach. They are the most racist people I have ever seen. DEI was the thing that first opened my eyes to how warped progressives have become, though it wasn't always called DEI.
You clearly don't understand what DEI actually is. DEI does not call for you or anyone like you to be privileged or "saved". It simply calls for nobody, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, disability or religion to be excluded.

Contrary to the right wing narrative, it does not call for e.g. a Black, Muslim, Trans Female, Lesbian to be hired in place of a more qualified White, Straight Dude. What it does call for is for White, Straight Dudes to not be hired in preference to more qualified Black, Muslim, Trans, Lesbians. It does not call for you to be privileged or excused. It calls for everyone to be given equal opportunities. And, yes, that means if you make dumbass decisions (possibly because you've sunk into cult based, rather than data based, thinking) then you get to own the consequences of those mistakes. If you do not want that protection, fine, good for you, but you do not get to deny it to anyone else.

It's also not about minorities, it's about anyone who is being actively disadvantaged. So, unless you meet that descriptor, it's not about you. My advice: stop being a snowflake.
