The other was a motion gif but, ye let's see.

Also I've seen on a youtube show called pawn stars that a playboy no1 with Merlin Monroe sold for a good price.
I think that would be highly collectable and the next issues not so much but I'm not an expert

This was a gif but for some reason posted as just an image. Is there something different your suppose to do for a gif???

Pawn Stars has been on TV for many years. A Marilyn Monroe playboy in good condition is worth a lot of money.

Ah, that's why I didn't see that. Did we do that? CAN we do that? I've never edited a GIF, and don't know what that would entail...aside from art, and I don't do art.

Okay, thanks for clarifying. Now I understand why I had no idea what you were talking about. I hadn't SEEN what you were talking about, so I really did have no idea. And you're right, I wouldn't have changed that.

By the way, I heard somewhere that Playboy stopped printing pictures of naked women. I'm not sure whether that's true, but if so, then they're just another magazine. They kind of were, anyways, as they were kind of a, "GQ with naked women" magazine, so if you take out the naked women...they're just another GQ.
Isn't there any kind of logging to find out? Can the moderators just ask each other who did it?

I think there are 2 options. Insert image and attach something.
Can you like do the other one you did?

I'm not sure some mod actually did it so maybe something software related or maybe Peter inserted a blurred one?

It wasn't us. I went back to find the original post, which was by Peter Porter, he edited the post from one source to a different source. Most likely, the first source was unblurred, while the second source was blurred.

I was going to say that I'm not sure that we know how. I certainly don't know how, but seeing that it was Peter, who has some pretty mad graphical skills, it could have been anything. In the new image, he might have been holding baby Yoda, or a mongoose. The only thing I wouldn't expect him to be holding would be the Spanish Inquisition.

It was me, sap. I changed the gif for laughs, just to see if you or Dill would notice.

Sorry if I caused any problems.

It's all about avoiding accountability. This is a hallmark of modern progressivism. The sheer brilliance of liberal brainwashing is how they can dress up degeneracy, evil, and irresponsibility as a virtue and it all comes down to how they manipulate language to reframe events. For example, "It's not that I was sexually irresponsible, it's that evil patriarchal men want to control my body".

I suspect the tolerance of such behavior will grow less and less. People have escaped from beneath the thumb of university and media elites who have tried to keep them muzzled through suppression of speech and thought. If people want to worry about "civil wars" look to Canada, where things are far hotter than they ever got in the US.

As the far left gets more desperate at seeing how small its numbers actually are, maybe we'll see lefty "Waco" scenarios as they retreat into armed compounds. A grittier version of the old hippy communes but overrun with cats and dogs since they don't believe in having or raising children. When they get raided it'll probably be by newly-armed agents of the ASPCA backing up Sheriffs carrying writs against them.

As their parents die off and leave them fortunes maybe they'll cash out in gold and move to a more amenable environment. Say, North Korea.

It's not that I was sexually irresponsible
This assumes that every woman that wants/needs an abortion was sexually irresponsible. Which is complete nonsense.
This also assumes that an abortion is an irresponsible solution. Also nonsense.

it's that evil patriarchal men want to control my body".
No, it's men and women forcing their beliefs/morals on another person. Of course this is common, that's what laws do and we have a lot of them. The problem is the majority of the US believe abortion should be legal, last poll I saw was at 63%, only 36% against. Another problem is the people that are against abortion base their objections on falsehoods. Like, your killing a child or your just avoiding responsibility.

People have escaped from beneath the thumb of university and media elites who have tried to keep them muzzled through suppression of speech and thought.
What is it that you've been "suppressed" from saying or thinking"?

As the far left gets more desperate at seeing how small its numbers actually are, maybe we'll see lefty "Waco" scenarios as they retreat into armed compounds
Not sure why you think the far left will mimic the far right. There has been no signs of that. The right certainly didn't react to the election results like the right did. To be fair, their reaction was driven by Trump and his ilk. But they were eager to follow, they just needed someone to tell them it was ok.

As their parents die off and leave them fortunes maybe they'll cash out in gold and move to a more amenable environment.
If you think the left is wealthier than the right, you'd be wrong. I wish you were right.

Don't count on that. Once an idea, however twisted, grotesque or idiotic, gets a foothold in the human psyche, there is no shaking it loose. Thankfully, as you've correctly pointed out, this demographic is in the minority and many normal people held captive by their dangerous ideas are finally waking up and breaking away from these people and their ideas. Ana Kasparian is the most prominent recent example of this.

I guess my ultimate point is to avoid wasting time on the people who are already in too deep and instead focus on the fence sitters and the ones that are willing to question what they are being told. I will NEVER again in my life try to have a conversation with a liberal in good faith. It's just a waste of time.

    All the same...

“Never wrestle with a pig because you'll both get dirty and the pig likes it” is a quote by George Bernard Shaw. The quote is often used as a reminder to not engage in conflict with someone who is not willing to have a respectful conversation.

The people in "Democracy" or other means in other regimes I guess and they see the results after.

I guess some people here haven't spent any time in Canada.

    "I'm not your pal, buddy!"
    "I'm not your buddy, friend!"
    "I'm not your friend, guy!"

I doubt it's age, but more likely a case of being far out of step with culture. Even pretty old cultural elements at this late date too.

As they dissolve into chaos over there (from here most of the population isn't "up" but "over") such head-flapping shouting matches are more common each day between elites and the people.

(After cursing at the cookies shown for the 4th time and made me do a reject all again)
What is expected is for the people that are swinging left or right , the sold out sheep idiots, 4th and Madison based show me the money useless retards are to shift from one party to the other based on who is in power and engulf (the party's) it's ideas , at least for 4 years.
That has nothing to do with left or right.
What we might want to see is:

A)Dems will change been WOKE boys so they can win the next elections and then, be WOKE boys again or remove the WOKEness plague on the process
B)People start to realize what was going on and that they have been mesmerized by WOKERs
C)The new administration to implements what they are saying
D)The rabbit hole would realize the 'unreal' stories they are feeding us here for 4 years and thanking us for waking them up (not WOKEING them up)...The latest is the most difficult.

Have a nice weekend and God bless America.
A few days to go now. Hope nothing happens

Hypocrisy is a standard feature of modern liberal regimes and establishments in the West.

I read the statement Biden gave. I would say there is bipartisan agreement that Hunter was treated differently in the Gun/Drug case and that some random dude would never have been charged given the same circumstances - many Republicans have said so publicly that it was by all appearances a political prosecution.

But all of that has been a known quantity for a long time, and both Joe Biden himself and KJP continued to say a simple, firm, and conclusive "No" when asked if he was going to pardon Hunter.

I somewhat expect to see some attempted Neo level dodging at the next White House Press Briefing, but I hope not. I hope KJP flat out comes out and says something as simple as, Joe changed his mind over Thanksgiving. Period. Don't try to justify it, or claim he didn't change his mind, or that he never ruled it out completely, etc. Just own it.

Ehhh....that doesn't sound like the way a Democrat or liberal would operate. It's more likely that they will come up with some meaningless word salad to explain it, their base would larp it up as if they were given the word of God while the podcast circuit will use it as content fodder for the next week to entertain the rest of us.
