Yeah, pretty much, since they weren't insanities. Seven abortion rights measures passed, and there would have been an eighth if Florida didn't require a super majority (which they nearly got). The conservative social issues didn't win. Where they were explicitly on the ballot, they lost with the exception of South Dakota (Nebraska is mostly weird, since they muddied the water so thoroughly). It was pretty much the economy from start to finish. Inflation happened under Biden. No sitting president has survived that since....well, I'm not sure if they have EVER survived that, since modern economic record keeping has been around.
