Not sure how under reporting case numbers results in higher projections. If your calculating a 20% growth on 1,000 cases it's 200 but if the actual cases numbers are 10,000 then it's 2,000. Maybe I'm just looking at it wrong. Hope your right. Right now New York is really starting to be stressed and New Orleans is quickly headed in that direction.
