A lot of places have expanded their blocking so far beyond what they originally said it was for that false positives vastly outnumber "legitimate" (assuming blocking is legitimate in the first place, which IMO it's not) targets.

Or the reverse could have happened... on your smart phone are you checking with WiFi? If so your home IP might have been flagged by spam services due to the actions of a previous owner.
