Arrow 'Red Gate SQL Prompt' like intellisense for Oracle ?

If you have used Red Gate SQL Prompt, then you know how great it is.
IMO, It provides great intellisense in Sql Svr Managenent Studio.

The things I liked most are,
full intellisense support for database objects,
list automatic joining conditions if there is a relation or field name match,
    automatic generation of alias etc.

Last month I have changed my job. My new company uses Oracle back-end. My company uses Toad and Oracle SQL Developer. Both of them are no match for SQL Prompt.

Is there any other SQL editor that will give me better intellisense ?

Have you tried Pl/SQL Developer from Allround Automation?

And how is that going to work with an Oracle back-end? Inquiring minds would like to know.
