[RESOLVED] [windows 7] - how can i fix the perfil error?

when i enter on windows, i see the user image and user name(is like administrator) button. i click on it and i get 1 error... it's a perfil error. how can i fix it?
(anotherthing: seems that i don't have a restore system date)

no... sorry. just a error profile user\account.
but i fix it too
(using Safe Mode)
- copy the data to another account(padron account);
- delete the problem account;
- now we can create a new account.
then just reboot normaly.
(but i delete the account before copy the data lol. with a nice program i recover the files )

if anyone needs by the program: Arax Disk Doctor Data Recovery v3.1.036
i use these program. it's excelent. i can recover several data(don't forget 1 thing: if that sector need be recover and was overwrited, maybe you can recover that data, but with errors). so never recover to the same drive

i just fixed this exact problem from a friend's computer but his was worse. he couldn't create a user account from safe mode and his admin account was disabled. I had to reenable that from the command prompt and reboot into it then delete the problem account and create a new one

I'm guessing you could still access the root administrator account?
