[RESOLVED] [mail notifications] - can i do it with Outlook 2007?

i have Outlook 2007 installed. but i don't know work with it
but i need 2 things:
1 - how connect it with my mail?(i try that.. the mail is added, but don't connect);
2 - how it can notificate me?
(if you something advice me anotherthing, just me... what i need is just notification mail(the msn will be close forever))

Have you tried setting up an outlook account before? What is your email provider? Outlook will need your POP and SMTP for it to work.
