Re: artificial intelligence
I found this book really useful. Especially this bit:
HOW TO MAKE A HUMAN SIZED DOLL
can be used as decoy
fill cloth (like tites) with doll fiber or cotton, metal wood or plastic to simulate bones, add a hot watter
filled bottle
where possible inside, finally add a big doll head (and drill the mouth open).
I now have a decoy which can sit at my desk at work while special fish eat the hard skin off my feet in the comfort of my own home.

Somehow I managed to miss this gem. I didn't realize that you could get banned if you failed to pass the Turing Test. Kind of cheapens the test if a human can't prove that they are intelligent enough to be a human.

Cheapens the test ? really? I say its added value. It can now test both an AI and a Human's "Intelligence"

Re: artificial intelligence
Back in post #177 I stated that we were actually waiting for page #10. Unfortunately, that is a reference to something MB said which didn't make any more sense than anything else, so I'm not actually sure why I said we were waiting for page #10. I went back and re-read the context hoping to understand what it was that was supposed to happen, but I still don't know. I thought maybe we'd have some evidence of I, whether A or otherwise, by then, but that is looking so unlikely that I think derailing the thread is the only likely alternative.
Back then we were discussing the patent office. Perhaps we were waiting for their response, though after two years, I would have to say that their response is patently obvious.

Even if we were to get back on topic, the hopes of making progress were diminished the moment this entire post was created. While delusion is the main force of the OP's motives involving his AAI, progress will never come.
So off topic discussion is inevitable. Though for the most part, we're staying as on topic as wen can, by discussing his lack of an AI, the delusion, commenting on the PDF and what-not.

as for shaggy : patent process takes 2-3 years, i regret applying and wasting the 1164 shekels but it seemed like a good idea at the time. i guess the examination will start at the month of may

Not yet, the book is open at #24, I am sure there's much more yet to come. So the depths of inanity are much deeper than page 9. I would say page 19.

Your delusion is annoying, yet fascinating at the same time. So I can't help but reference it many times.
And what is this "joe" you speak of? That is not my name. And OP is original poster. And you're not objective. You can't be. You're obviously biased because you're the center of our jokes, so it's only natural for you to strike out.
And Alzheimer's disease? Really? I'm 22. It's pretty impossible for that to occur.
The fact that you ever thought applying for a patent for your FAI (fake artificial intelligence - I think the new acronym better explains the project) is hilariously.
Also, do you have a copy of the filing? I'd love to see it. Seriously.

Same for me. Though I think we've already bridged the point of insanity.

Re: artificial intelligence
Some more gems from Moti's book -
ALCOHOL:
mix yeast(rise, bread Celsius, white or barley), water, sugar, and give it 2-3 months to sit.
heating the alcohol with steam will make it more concentrated(it might explode).
THERMITE:
mix aluminium with rust, when you burn it, it will reach 2500 Celsius degrees
LEATHER:
deskin animal, let the leather dry for 6 months, mix the leather with brain liquid, smoke leather.
Moti forget the programming, you should be doing your own "How To" book or TV show
I particularly like the the Leather entry, although personally i have never smoked it !
