[RESOLVED] Save file, need to determine XP/7

I just tried this:

If Not System.IO.Directory.Exists("%USERPROFILE%\test") Then

System.IO.Directory.CreateDirectory("%USERPROFILE%\test")

End If

But nothing. no error and no created folder. Any ideas?
