Is human life valuable or valueless?

How very contrasting are these two news. One group is doing everything to save human lives. The other group is exploring all ways to destroy human lives.

There seems to be little reason or goal to their attacks.
They're not going to collapse whole economies with the attacks (massive world wars haven't even collapsed economies completely).
They're not going to convince Israel to give up land to create a Palestinian state much less leave the region altogether back to Europe.
They're not going to convince India to give up Kashmir.
In fact you'll do the opposite. If Israel ever considered creating a Palestinian state, or India ever considered giving up parts of Kashmir, they won't do it now, because they don't want to look weak against Terrorism.
The only thing these morons are doing, is provoking reprisal hatred against their own religion.

In the end, could it just be a hobby? A cause to fight for in their meaningless boring lives? An automatic ticket to Heaven in their eyes? Maybe they're just lonely virgins trying to get women in heaven.

I know they are themselves misguided and in turn are misguiding others in muslim community and the coming generations. This makes the responsibility of top muslim religious leaders to come out openly against them and bring back the misguided youth back to path. But unfortunately it looks like instead of doing that, they have preferred to either keep quiet or are actively helping these terrorist groups by supporting them monetarily and politically. Unless they do their work correctly, I don't see any way to bring the good innocent muslims back to path. I keep seeing in the news that this fatwa and that fatwa has been issued against so and so. But why don't they issue any fatwa against terrorists and terrorism in general? After all it is affecting their community as much as it is affecting others, isn't it?

Valueless - completely and utterly worthless, humanity should be wiped out in it's entirety.

Re: Is human life valuable or valueless?
Depends on whose point of view you ask. 95% of people value their life as priceless. do you have any possessions you would refuse to give up if it guaranteed you would life, otherwise die? Then decide what you would give up for your girlfriend/wife? How about your neighbor? How about me? How about someone who really gets on your nerves? Sadam would give something like $5,000 to suicide bombers families, which would make a poor family rich. So they do not value their lives, or the people they hurt, but they certainly value their family. I know I wouldn't give a sheet of paper to save the life of this certain selfish individual I will just call Matt B. I would give everything I own for my sister.

Make no mistake, my life is priceless and nobody else's is worth a bean. Equally, mine is the only point of view that matters. Wossy'll be first up against the wall when my revolution comes - you can't trust cats.

Well a kidney would fetch you around £20,000 - 30,000 each on the black market, your lungs £60,000 to 70,000 around £40,000 for you heart. A Liver would cost maybe £30,000. This is all adding up, and there are still lots of other bits left so i reckon that human life at least is worth a few quid !
All prices listed in this post are correct of the time of my full body transplant in March of this year !

All the time we have the controversy between the two,
the one type of people do everything to save the human lives. They know the value of the human lives and they respect it. The other type of people is exploring all type of bad things to destroy human lives. They does not know the value of human lives.

That makes me curious - does different denomination of currency notes in Germany have a different pic on it? Here we are bored of seeing the same bald pic Mahatma Gandhi on all Indian currency notes.

Here's one of ours from 1993 and the hyperinflation.
That's 500 billion dinars. You could buy almost 10 loafs of bread with that you know.

Not much. Not very old and plenty of them to be a collectors item. That coin might be worth something though seeing as it's rather old.

Just 10 loafs of bread for 500 billion dinars?
How much did a car cost at that time?

The French and Germans have interesting designs on their currencies. I don't recollect having seen a 10 DM note.

I don't think anyone worried about cars at the time. Most struggled to buy food. But you'd have needed a bag of money to buy something like a TV.

Is there a good public transportation system in Serbia?

The important thing is that it exists.
There are cities and towns in the US where the concept of public transportation is alien.
