What is #eeead6? Looks like an html color value? If it is then

Red = CLng("&H" & Mid$("#eeead6",2,2))
Green = CLng("&H" & Mid$("#eeead6",4,2))
Blue= CLng("&H" & Right$("#eeead6",2))
