    Presumably this is why Excel>Options>General refers
    to C1R1 style?

    I'm being sarcastic, to be sure.
    And yes, it is R1C1.

    All kidding aside, I honestly think it's easier to think of
    array dimensions in a similar R1C1 sequence.
