I have XP SP3 and Win + Tab cycles thru all the proggys like Alt + Tab does for me. However it seems to be a graphical benifit only, because when I let go if the Win key the proggy does not activate nor receive focus. So, it basically does nothing I guess except you will lose focus on whatever proggy has the focus.
