I am confuse as to what you mean? I just checked Adam's original post and the images are still showing on the link.

Edited: I may have misunderstood your comment. I brought this up twice before also and in post #62 above, it sounds like that could go away when the entire URL is AdWord linked (hope so, else what's the point of providing a link if you can't access it?)
But if you are talking about how/when AdWord links are created, these explain it well I think

The [AdWord] function was written so that no post would have more than two keywords linked, and no page load would have more than six.

... if there are three posts each containing two or more keywords, the fourth post will not display links regardless of how many keywords it contains. And regardless of how many keywords they contain, none of the first three [posts] will have more than two links added
