    were to start..

    Hey guys i want to make a sheduling app for my body's shop and i really like this design..

    how do the make it look so nice?cause in vb 2008 it looks very basic..

    and were do i start on making a sheduling app?

    anything special?

    It's using the Office 2007 look and ribbon controls. Unless you can find free versions of these controls you usually have to buy them from a company such as ComponentOne. Their ribbon control can be found here.

    If you're wanting to learn, then you don't a working code example. Otherwise, don't even code it.

    This ribbon control is half the price and works great

    i believe there's a free one on codeproject, but the designer view functionality is quite tedious

    as for the calendar.my buddy spoke of calling the built in on in windows?

    requested job.


    if not timer class?
