ASP.Net Web Hosting
I need reliable asp web hosting for a conference management site that i'm building. Working with .net 3.5. Would of course prefer to work with SQL Server 2005 or 2008. Anyone have any ideas/experience?

Max: May I ask how that worked out for you?
Currently looking for hosting too (my own site only), fitting a "hobby site budget", but not too slow and always have the latest versions of things available (like say asp.net mvc 2)

Re: [SERIOUS]ASP.Net Web Hosting[/SERIOUS]
I've been with softsyshosting for 2 years. I finally found them after struggling with Netfirms for over a year. Netfirms is the worst host ever. You think you've seen bad hosts. But think about the worst host you've ever had. Netfirms are what they're aspiring to be, but failing. Nobody comes close to Netfirms.
OK, for softsyshosting, I've had to email them a few times and they've always responded fast. I once asked for a MySql upgrade and they did it for everyone (a bit concerning but alright). Pretty good with traffic too.

I disagree! (my turn) But telling you will have some brainwash effect causing anyone that read it to go jump off a cliff.
Did not have time to look at the sign up procedure, but if they have some referral benefit, drop me a line in the next few hours.
Thanks!

Thanks...
Their support proved to be very good in advance, after I got stuck on paying by credit card.
After that, all happened so fast and I'm up and running.
Thanks M.

If you're still looking, I'm with GoDaddy and have a SQL Server 2008 DB set up for it as well.

Re: ASP.Net Web Hosting
Update:
I know a lot of hosts will offer this, but must say, for the price this softsyshosting (Affiliate link) is just great.
Quickly had Asp.net asp.net mvc (rc 2!), Wordpress, Joomla in sub-domains setup, so one can be sure all is supported.
Good stuff (brilliant compared to what I had...yuk)
