I don't understand why this is happening, but you can apparently get free Technet subscriptions for a limited time (subscription lasts until September I think).

No work. First, they ripped the page down (resource not found errors ahoy!) but even if you got passed that, it would just give you an error stating you needed cookies enabled.

TechNet is lame anyway.

I got all the way through the entire ordering process. I clicked on the US link just moments have mendhak posted it.

I suspect, however, that I won't actually get the subscription, but we will see.
