What good source can you suggest to study smart card programming in a step by step tutorial? Please help. I want to find a good resource material where I can study how to program using smart card and smart card reader; whether it be a from an online tutorial or a book. It will be much better if the programming language being used is in Visual Basic 2008 or 2010 but I can still accept any resource materials that you can suggest for me to study. Thank you in advance.
