I have a project that I need to complete but I am a little confused on which language to use. I have to create a contract creator program, which has a template of a contract, the user has to fill in data, which gets populated into fields across the entire contract, but i also need to have the user to be able to update bigger chunks of the document. I have an application now in VB, using Word bookmarks, this works but isnt the best way of doing it. I would like to start from scratch.

What would be some sugguestions?
