Freehand Drawing on Loaded Bitmap (MS Paint)

After finding myself helping many people with freehand drawing and keeping bitmaps unlocked i decided to make this small example and dump it here.

This project demonstrates basic drawing functionality similar to that of MS Paint, along with using alpha colors to create shading effects. It shows how to tackle the problem of keeping the bitmap file unlocked so that it may be saved back to while demonstrating free-hand drawing with GDI+ graphics.
