I think some of the posts in here are missing but was it intentional to bump a thread from 1999?... :p
There isn't any posts missing nor it was bumped but it was certainly an intentional "continuation" if you will and here is the REASON .
As you can see old thread becomes quite usefull sometimes - we have plenty of tools now that weren't available in 1999 (or weren't as powerfull back then). :)
