[RESOLVED] [mail notifications] - can i do it with Outlook 2007?

i have Outlook 2007 installed. but i don't know work with it:(
but i need 2 things:
1 - how connect it with my mail?(i try that.. the mail is added, but don't connect:();
2 - how it can notificate me?
(if you something advice me anotherthing, just me... what i need is just notification mail(the msn will be close forever:())

Have you tried setting up an outlook account before? What is your email provider? Outlook will need your POP and SMTP for it to work.
