Where is the best place to learn Visual basic 6.0?

If you are just learning, why VB6 rather than VB.NET?

I second VB.NET and I also suggest to download the express edition and just play whit it!

I guess the real question here is do you HAVE to learn VB 6. Is it a job requirement?
