deletefile failed error 5 when installing a program

when we install our software on XPPRO 4 out of 5 times we get the message deletefile failed code5 an error occured whilst trying to replace this file access denied c:\windows\system32\shdocw.dll
to get by it we just simply click ignore and the program installs and runs perfectly it is just this error message which is a pain and we cant find out to stop this happening any advice would be gratefully received
