Hi... Welcome to the forums
I believe, you are not asking help on how to convert it via PHP. So, this section won't be best place to ask this question. I will request a mod to move this thread to the respective section.
I just did a Google Search and found the following one(which is the first one of the search result):
To convert a webpage to a PDF, you could use this site: http://www.web2pdfconvert.com/
I just tested it by converting the webpage you mentioned and it seems pretty well done it's job.
If my post was helpful to you, then express your gratitude using Rate this Post.
And if your problem is SOLVED, then please Mark the Thread as RESOLVED (see it in action - video)

Re: conventing a php site into a pdf.
Try just using the Web to PDF option... download the PDF there.... if that then works, then email the PDF to your kindle and it should be fine.

I have placed the link to that page, in the box web2pdf's home page has. Then click to "Convert to PDF" button. This will show a loading image and after a few seconds, the converted PDF will be available for download. Download it to your device(I've downloaded the PDF to my desktop).
