Still having problems with DirectSound
Hi.
I posted a thread few time ago about DirectSound 7 (refer to: http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?threadid=81783
I don't have the problem stated in the thread anymore but I have another one: The sound getting out is not the sound I want.
Why is that?
Please help me!
I need to present my game to the teacher in two days!

I can't just switch now and in two days I have to present the project to my teacher.
Look, if I redo my game with DX8 after I present it, will you help me now?

Sandra,
Can you elucidate a little more? How do you mean the sound is not what you want? Are you getting static, or it is inexplicably playing Beethoven?
If you're using an array of sounds, make sure you're passing the right sound number. Beyond that - I haven't the foggiest what could be wrong until you give a little more info.
Or has Sastraxi sorted it for you?
Gentile or Jew,
O you who turn the wheel and look to windward,
Consider Phlebas, who was once handsome and tall as you...
