Not sure if anyone else aksed, but what's with the line numbers in VB Code: tags?
It makes copy/pasting code to VB hard, as you have to delete evry other line with the number. Is this done deliberatelly?
Or is it maybe browser related? I use FireFox.

Where have you been in the last few months ?
Do a search on this topic in the Forum Feedback, and you will find a few threads about it.

Past few months? Try at least a year lol.
Martin wrote a utility (in utility bank) that will strip out the line numbers. Check it out. Link also in his signature.

Or just "Quote" the message for replying, and copy the code (without line numbers) from the reply box.

Martins utility is nothing more then your susal copy/paste operation. Cant get much simplier then that.

You guys could just fix it; that would be the simplest option. :D
Actually, don't its quite a good feature really as it discourages people from copying and pasting. I doubt that those too lazy to write their own code will be able to copy with downloading an extra utility. Its far easier to get the code off someone in another forum. ;)

It doesn't work with "highlights" as someone would expect - best way for me is to quote the post first and then do the "copy/paste".

It is a third party add-in for the forum. Hopefully some day they will fix it and we can just use the corrected version....

Of just use the [code] tags instead as they copy/paste fine but no line numbers or colouring. I use them as its shorter to type the tags and it easier for others to copy/paste from.

Ok, glad it wasn't just me that was having a problem with this too.
I was just copying/pasting into Word myself, but seems silly to do just to copy/paste code.
