Searches seem to expire

Go to the search page, search for something. Then, take the URL of the search, post it as an answer to some thread.

After a while, the search has 'expired'.

Is there anything we can do about this? An alternative?

There is one other way, First select your criteria and click search. Now on the search result page there will be a link to the word "Search"

e.g

Search: Key Word(s): test ; Posts Made By: Danial

Copy the link from the word "Search" then you can pass it to some as a link. Though they will have to click on the "Search" button to get the result.
