There have been a number of posts in this forum that insult kovan's mom. Many, or all of them for that matter, may be meant as jokes, but kovan (and others) find them upsetting no matter what the intent. So please, everyone, refrain from insulting people in your posts.

As a special note to those of you who think "moderation sux", and/or that moderators are not needed, you can help prove the second part

by complying.

kovan is just a jerk and if he can’t take a joke he should just stay out of it.

How dare he slag off just about everyone else on the forum and then complain when he gets as good as he gives!!!!!

PS you can say whatever you want about my mum because I know it's not true.

i didnt get all pissed at THEM at all
i simply ASKED that they stop
and since i know most of those who did joke about my mom

Has anyone ever seen kovan's mom? No? Well, why would you care so much kovan? People IRL (in real life) talk about my mom to me, like in skool, and they've never even seen her! They even say that they did stuff with her last night, hell? Do I care? NO! Because it's not true, lol. And who would wanna sleep with a 47 year old? No offense to my mom or anything, but damn...you just don't sleep with women..that are 20-30 years older than you. That's...just not right

. I'm sure people do it, and that's there business, I ain't gonna talk about it because I don't really care.

If someone doesn't even know your mom and talks about her, why are you going to let it bother you? That's childish.

i was brought up that way, insulting the woman in my culture as a joke or not is frowned upon BIG time

my mom is 37, she had me at 16
and we are not talking about sleepign with older men/woman

any insult, such as *****, *****, or what ever else
i take great offense to it,
specially after i have asked nicely not to be repeated
as i said before i had not taken offense to it until i asked and people still repeated it

you may find mom jokes funny, i dont
if you have a problem with that than you might wanna go find a solution to that

if find somethings funny that you may not find funny
but you dont see me calling you childish about it

I agree that joking is fun... I enjoy coming hear and reading flames that are intended only for fun, but I also agree that when people start to be bothered by something it does need to stop. Let's not cut out all the jokes... only when they start to hurt someone.
