List network devices (NT workstations, etc)

How can I list all the NT workstations on a network. I need it to work similar to NT's Server Manager or Windows 98 Network Neighborhood. Is there a way to poll a PDC or BDC for this list? Also, is it possible to generate a list of users that are logged on to the server? I don't want to install this app. on the server I would like it to run on a users workstation and perform these actions via the network.

Here is some code. It uses ADSI. Just place your domain name where it says domain name
