How many posts do you need before you can edit the bit that says 'Hyperactive Member', 'New Member', ect..

I knew I'd seen someone before that has a different name but not 4000 odd posts:

Dilenger4 has this as his custom thingy "((n-1) ~n == (-n))" but he has less than 2000 posts
