I have a better idea! We can take that list of everyone in the world and sell it to the highest bidder.... that way we can make millions!

Hahaha. Hey, why don't the 3 of us just sell to the highest bidder, create new identities, accept "Cash Only", take the money split it up and there's no record of the transaction taking place, then we're like filthy rich over night, and we can all quit our pos jobs and be happy for once Then again, maybe i've been watching too many movies,
How come it's a penny for your thoughts, but you have to put your 2 cents in? Somebody's makin' a penny

I think that the guy has a good idea but no one is willing to work on it since it will not bring them anything...That's the basic principle adopted by human beings...the Reward and Punishment principle...

Not necessarily true. You can find several examples of altruistic endeavours in today's world. The individuals involved get no rewards, but still continue working for it. Reward and Punishment may have existed back in the ancient times.
The problem with his idea is he most likely hasn't properly thought out the project. It's practically unfeasible, and this is just a guess, but his idea may have originated due to misconceptions about VB and the whole world for that matter.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE DEPTH OF THE PROJECT
HELLO EVERYBODY
i FLOAT THIS IDEA ONLY BECAUSE THIS IS A PROJECT INVOLVING GROUP ACTIVITY.LOOK NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE IN THIS WORLD ,IF YOU THINK YOU CAN HAVE IT.
MY IDEA IS LIKE WHAT WAY YOU CAN IDENTIFY A PERSON . I CONSULTED A DOCTOR, HE GAVE ME THREE TO FOUR WAYS .
1. THROUGH RETINAL REFLECTIONS,BUT BY WEARING LENS IT FLOPS.
2. BY GENETIC MAPPING.
I SAY LET IMPLEMENT THIS SYSTEM AND PUT IT DOWN IN EVERY HOSPITAL . WHAT IT HAPPENED IS WHEN A BABY IS BORN ,THEN THE DATABASE IS MADE AND THE DATABASE IS DEFRAGMENTED AND STORED . MORE IDEAS AND MORE WAYS CAN BE GENERATED IF YOU ALL COPOPERATE WITH ME.
I AGAIN SAY LETS IMPROVE OUR THINKTANK TO IMPLEMENT.

Never type a post all in caps. Never. Ever.
And you only put two of your 3-4 ways in.
I still don't see how this will be any better then the systems they have now. There's no way to keep track of EVERY person being born and diing. (yet) And there are always ways to fool this type of thing. (Somebody else's blood, drop at scene of crime...)
Don't pay attention to this signature, it's contradictory.
