    please help me on this
    how can i convert from sequence of *.bmp file to *.avi or mpeg file

    I don't know how to do it using VB, if it is possible

    I would resort to an animation package like Ulead's Gif Animator 3 (It can produce high quality AVI's not so sure about Mpegs) and can be downloaded for a 30 day trial, alternativly the animator that comes with Paint Shop Pro 7 is very good.

    If you go to this website there is a very good turtial on AVIs.

    Complete with sample codes. Lesson #5 I believe is the one on BMP to AVI. I would recommend going thru all the steps to give you a good overview. If you find a site explaining how to convert AVIs to MPG or a detailed explanation of the MPG file format pass it on to me if you will.
