hi, i went to a pharmaceutical office today, they need a software which does the following thing for them.
Different cmpanies (almost 20) come to him daily and give their order form to him and tell him to select the medicines you want. Whatever medicine he needs he makes a list of it everynight and at the time the company representative comes he checks out those medicines in order form which he wants and give it back to them and the next day the company brings the desired medicines for him. right.
now he wants that suppose i need 30 medicines (out of which 5 dealt by every different company) which are finished. right, he says that that those medicines which are dealt by some particular company (e.g. ABC medicines), which i make those entries which are related to (e.g. ABC medicines) so a report is generated automatically on which the desired medicines and the concern company name, quantity (which he needs) and date is mention on the report. and that printed page will give to compnay representatvie and it wil make his work easy, and he will not use those order forms again and again.

now i am not understanding that how it will generate that report.
