    ... hangs for an eternity. I am browsing on vb-forums at the moment. Anyone else having this issue?

    I'm having a similar issue, but it is fluctuating.. and it is happening with all of my internet/email usage at the moment, as apparently the entire UK cable network is in a bad state:
    Customer Nationally maybe experiencing slow Internet speeds or be unable to access web sites.

    Our engineers are currently investigating this issue.
    There is an estimated fix time of 4 hours, but I've heard that before.

    It is zipping along for me too. If it slows down, Joe usually notices and is on top of it. If others continue to have issues, please keep reporting them here.

    I've noticed periodic slowdowns in the last day. Generally this meant that a post was delayed for several seconds. Not sure if this is related.
