Detect when a new medium is inserted.

Hi everybody,

I want to write a VB program that can detect when a new medium is inserted in a drive (Floppy, CD/DVD, USB (Pen)) and update files from the inserted medium.
I have no control over what media the users use, so modifying AUTORUN.INF or something like that is out of the question.
