[FAQ's: OD] How do I get the latest service packs and updates?

You need to go to the Microsoft Office website and perform a "Check for Office Updates". You can find the link below or by going to the menu - "Help > Check for Updates" in any Office Application.

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/of...e/default.aspx

It will look through your system for missing service packs and updates similar to a Windows Update. You will be presented with a list, if any updates are found, that you can select to install or not.

Note: If you dont have access to your Office CD then there is the option to download the required CD files but it will be dramatically larger in filesize. At this time I have only verified this with Office 2003.
