Question in subject Any ideas?
Since it's part of the system requirements, I would say the only way to install 05 on a system without SP2 would be to install SP2 first. Is there any reason you don't want to install SP2?

Thanks zuperman, this is gr8! Iam sure Visual will work w/o SP2 because I have done so: -Installed Sp2 -Installed VS -uninstalled SP2 Ican't have SP2 because my PC works unstable with it.
If my post is helpful please RATE IT! Thanks
it works fine... me neither...i usually get the blue screen of death..."IRQ NOT LESS OR EQUAL" WITH sp2 installed...go figure
And there is another thing... I have no SP2, run setup.exe (for change/remove) and setup works normally, no messages about "No SP2 installed"... And what about MSDN? /no_bsln_check doesn't work on it, and I would like to have this also installed :?
