PHP FAQ Ideas and Suggestions

I am going to create a sticky thread which will contain frequently asked PHP questions. I have already come up with at least 5, but would some input from other members.

If you have links to any good tutorials, threads and answers to recurring PHP questions please post your ideas here.

To suppliment the FAQ I and a few other members will be writing some tutorials which will be posted in the VBF code bank.

If you are interested in writing a tutorial from the list below, one of your own, or have any links to good tutorials then please post here reply to this thread and I'll ammend this post accordingly.
