I am going to turn this into a tutorial as soon as I get a chnace to finish it off. Seems there is a bug when it runs on Win2k but it works perfect for WinXP. Also notice it needs to be run in either 24 or 32 bit mode.

You are able to move the mouse and it will update the icon as you go. Works very fast .
When your thread has been resolved please edit the original post in the thread ()
