I mean Guru.
Yes I believe that it is time we gave Ms. Finch the Guru-ship she deserves. She has now posted over 1000 answers and I think she should be ranked among her fellow sisters(Megatron, kedaman, Serge, Clunietp, MartinLiss, aaron etc) and given the prsetigious status and optional limousine.
I hope others will support me for her cause!

The number, for Guru, is 1024. None of you read the FAQ?

Didn't John turn off the automatic guru status, in favour of one where you get voted for it. That's how Megatron and Kedaman got theirs.

I'll let you know in 18 posts
In the meanwhile, the faq should be updated if it's not correct. From the FAQ:
What is the titles under my username when I post?
The title (e.g. Senior Member) represents the number of posts that you have made. Here are the available titles:
new member 0-15
junior member 16-31
member 32-63
lively member 64-127
addicted member 128-255
hyperactive member 256-511
fanatic member 512-1023
guru 1024-4095
?Wait and see? 4096+

I'm waiting for Megatron or Kedaman to hit that 'Wait and See' ranking.

Do you suppose when someone passes 32 000 posts their title becomes replaced with "Overflow Error"?

John is not here.
Vote when he gets back, hehe.
No one can be voted for Guru when there's no one to actually put the name on the list.
Hopefully Sam, John will review your posts, as he did Megatron and Kedaman (or is it Kedaman and Megatron?), and he will decide the results.
All I can say is, good luck and be glad people voted for you .
And I would like to see a girl as a Guru as well!

Hehe, I thought Sandra Finch was a girl It's definitely Kedaman and Megatron, hehe just kidding. I think John's going to choose who'se going to be Guru as he did the last time.

It would be funny if, when you got 4096 posts, your title actually became ?wait and see?. That would have me convulsing on the floor in spasms of delerium.

Yeah, count me in too.
Perhaps if we give enough people guru status then the rank will become meaningless enough that I can achieve it!

I don't think John'll let that happen, because he disabled the automatic guru on 1024 posts (I think) so that people had to make GOOD postings to get the status.

I forgive you Matthew.
Apologies accepted.
John: Have you finished shagging Mrs. Le Pont senseless over there in Frog-Land? Have you gotten rid of all your stress (and other bodily juices if you know what I'm saying ) and are you ready to come back to the office and work? Eh?
I've got some friend in your area just across the border. You might like to meet them. One of them is Pedro 'The Butcher' Costantello. Or Marco 'The Reaper' Giovanni. How about Alessandro 'The Shadow' Riciotti? I'm sure Don Giuseppe would have something to say if he heard you were messing around with Pedro 'Basic Instinct' Quattro-stagioni. (That's me, BTW, for those of you who thought that the bit where the ship sunk in Titanic was an unexpected twist in the story. You know who you are.)
I'd better bugger off, the lady I've got at the moment charges steep hourly rates and I have to satisfy my appetite. She gives it to me steaming hot every day right there on my kitchen table.
(She's my cook )
Oh, and seriously (for a rare change), when will John be back so I can pester him to give Mrs. Finch her Guruship?
