    Hi all,

I am trying to install an application I developed at my clients site. The installation goes on fine, but I get the following run time error, please help me its urgent.

    Run-time Error 372

Failed to load control 'SSTAB' from TABCTL32.OCX. Your version of TABCTL32.OCX may be outdated. Make sure that you are using the version of this control provided with your application.

The application is working in most sites. This problem is occurring in only one site.

    Thanks
    Gks

that 1 site probobly doesn't have the ocx, and the rest do. Make sure to ship the ocx with your program

We had this problem with a component once. The problem was that another program installed an old version of an OCX, BUT set the filedate to a more recent one. This fooled the installationscript into thinking that a newer version was already installed.

But that may not be your problem...

    Run Time Error

Then how do we solve it? We tried to simulate the problem but in vain. Will this problem be solved if we remove the current version of the DLL and re-install?

    Please Reply
